Bygones has the honor of pouring HOSTED's final round, welcoming Chef Richard Neal for a night of small bites and craft cocktails. Neal's path runs through some of the South's most exciting kitchens — Hugh Acheson's James Beard-recognized Five & Ten, Nashville's acclaimed Bastion — and these days, his work with Larder Foods. For the festival's final night, he brings that inventive spirit to a menu of elevated bar snacks and small bites, each one built to pair with Bygones' craft cocktails. Consider it the festival's nightcap.
