More about the guests: Blake Hartley is the Chef at Lapeer Steak & Seafood in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he brings a refined approach to modern American Steakhouse fare. He joined Maven Restaurant Group in 2017, following a series of formative roles in some of the South’s most respected kitchens. His culinary career includes serving as a chef at Frank Stitt’s acclaimed Bottega Restaurant in Birmingham, as well as at Chris Hastings’ Hot & Hot Fish Club, and at Evangeline’s Restaurant in Tuscaloosa. Renowned for his creativity and commitment to ongoing learning, Chef Hartley is dedicated to fostering excellence—both in his own craft and across his culinary team daily.

Andy Long is the Culinary Director of Maven Restaurant Group, the acclaimed Alpharetta-based hospitality group behind Butcher & Brew and Lapeer Steak & Seafood. He has worked his way through Atlanta kitchens, including Aria in Buckhead, learning to dial in the details and developing his own style. A 25-year veteran of the food and beverage industry, Long’s cooking style can be best described as simple and rustic with a New Orleans influence. He believes in sourcing the best produce, meat, and seafood that he can find.
