Armour House opens its doors to Chef Ryan Yokley of The Southern Table for an evening of unapologetically Southern cooking, done two ways. A Pulaski, Tennessee native, Yokley built The Southern Table in his hometown before bringing it south to Athens, Alabama, earning a loyal following for scratch-made Southern comfort food rooted in tradition. For one night, the two kitchens will trade techniques and share the stove, pairing Armour House's refined take on the region's larder with Yokley's soulful, homegrown approach. Expect a collaborative menu that honors where Southern food has been — and where it's headed.
