Lapeer Steak & Seafood welcomes Chef John Rolen of Slim's on Tuesday, September 22.

For Chef Blake Hartley, the evening is especially meaningful. Years ago, Blake worked under John at Bottega, where John served as one of his earliest mentors. Now, the two reunite as peers for a full-circle dinner celebrating the ingredients that have shaped their careers.

Alongside Lapeer's regular dinner menu, guests can enjoy a special menu of collaborative dishes created just for the evening, showcasing the best of the season through produce and seafood. And no meal at Lapeer would be complete without the restaurant's signature nine-layer Blackout Chocolate Cake making an appearance.

Reservations are strongly encouraged for this one-night-only celebration of friendship and good food.
