Automatic Seafood and Oysters fires things up with Chef and Pitmaster Shane McBride, co-founder of New York's acclaimed Pig Beach BBQ. McBride spent years at the top of fine dining — including long tenures as Executive Chef of Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak and Soho's famed Balthazar — before trading haute cuisine for his true passion, American barbecue. For one night, that live-fire expertise meets the Gulf's finest catch, as the two kitchens collaborate on a menu of smoke-touched seafood, and barbecue with a coastal accent.
Beverage pairings will be available for purchase during the event.
Service starts at 6 PM. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early, so you have time to valet your car and check in with our hosts.
