For one night only, La Fête partners with culinary talents Wil Drake and Jacob Schwartz for Fumée, a collaboration where smoke takes center stage in ways you’ll have to taste to believe.

Wil Drake, a Georgia native and Birmingham resident, is the creative force behind Hero Doughnuts, which grew from a pop-up to 8 locations across 3 states. A Samford University nutrition graduate, Wil’s diverse culinary background spans barista work, baking, BBQ, burger flipping, meal prep for eating disorder patients, and whole animal butchery in Ireland. Partnering with Pihakis Restaurant Group, he opened the first Hero in Homewood, AL in 2017.
