Chefs Duaine Clements and Richard Neal reunite for an intimate, one-night-only collaboration as part of the HOSTED dinner series. Building on their previous sold-out event, this menu will feature Le Fresca’s regular offerings alongside eight unique chef-driven features.
The evening will spotlight wild-foraged mushrooms and the beginning of fall’s bounty, sourced from Larder Foods, the premier specialty purveyor of local products. Guests can expect a dynamic mix of dishes, blending both chefs’ culinary styles into an unforgettable celebration of the season.
Chef Richard Neal, originally from Atlanta, developed his culinary skills at Bacchanalia before serving as Chef de Cuisine at Bastion in Nashville. Since then, he has relocated to Birmingham, bringing a refined approach shaped by his experience in top kitchens and Southern culinary traditions.
