La Fête's Kristen Hall welcomes a kindred spirit into her kitchen, teaming up with Alex Eaton, Culinary Director of Charleston's La Cave, for a one-night collaborative dinner. The two first cooked side by side at Charleston Wine + Food this past March, where the connection was immediate: both cook from the heart of France, both let the season and the South's best farms lead, and both bring a precision of technique that makes their menus feel like two pages of the same book.
