Pizza Grace welcomes Chef Michael Hanna of Nashville's St. Vito Focacceria for a night dedicated to the art of the pie — two doughs, two philosophies, one oven-warmed evening. Hanna built a devoted following with his sfincione, the Sicilian street-food style pizza inspired by the nuns of the monastery of San Vito, made from naturally leavened, 100-percent hydrated dough that's cold-fermented for days. Expect a menu that plays Pizza Grace's signature pies off Hanna's pillowy, fontina-laced Sicilian squares, along with a few collaborative creations you won't find on either menu again. A love letter to dough, written in two dialects.
