 Join Bayonet for an unforgettable evening at Bayonet, where food, art, and music converge. The night kicks off with a happy hour reception from 5:45–6:45, followed by a 6-course tasting menu built from a whole tuna breakdown at the raw bar. Each course will feature a different cut of the fish, served with a raw oyster palate cleanser and expertly paired spirits. A cash bar will also be available.

Roscoe will debut 13 original 22x30 pieces, created exclusively for the event and available for purchase. Guests will receive a printed version of Roscoe’s hand-painted menu as a takeaway.
