More about the guest: Born and raised in New York, Caroselli never imagined her culinary career would flourish in Alabama. After earning a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island and a graduate certificate in Pastry Arts from ENSP in Yssingeaux, France, she began her search for the perfect place to hone her craft. That opportunity came with an Executive Chef position at R. Davidson Chophouse in Tuscaloosa.

In 2020, she joined the opening team at The Poppy & Parliament in Huntsville, an English/Irish pub where she continues to lead the kitchen. Her work has since expanded with the launch of The Salty Cod & Corkshire Butcher Company in Athens, AL. In 2023, she earned the title of Rocket Chef in a locally televised, Chopped-style charity competition.
