Chefs Duaine Clements and Richard Neal reunite for an intimate, one-night-only collaboration as part of the HOSTED dinner series. Building on their previous sold-out event, this menu will feature Le Fresca’s regular offerings alongside eight unique chef-driven features.

The evening will spotlight wild-foraged mushrooms and the beginning of fall’s bounty, sourced from Larder Foods, the premier specialty purveyor of local products. Guests can expect a dynamic mix of dishes, blending both chefs’ culinary styles into an unforgettable celebration of the season.

More about the guest: Chef Richard Neal, originally from Atlanta, developed his culinary skills at Bacchanalia before serving as Chef de Cuisine at Bastion in Nashville. Since then, he has relocated to Birmingham, bringing a refined approach shaped by his experience in top kitchens and Southern culinary traditions.
